Looks like the box office success of Bridesmaids could spell the end of Kristen Wiigs run on Saturday Night Live. Kristen is currently in her seventh and what looks like final season with SNL.

She pioneered knee-slapping SNL characters like Gilly and Penelope, but after leaving movie audiences in stitches in the gutsy girl comedy Bridesmaids, sources close to Wiig say the funnywoman is eyeing an exit from the sketch series. Why? To turn her focus to pursuing a career in film.

And she may not be the only one…

Word is Jason Sudeikis is also considering retiring his Live alter egos at the end of this season.

We know that Gwyneth is Actress, singer and now she is also life saver. Lara Lundstrom Clarke believes her life was saved by Gwyneth Paltrow on the morning of the September 11th, 2001 from terrorist attack in the World Trade Center. Apparently Clarke, who worked at the Twin Towers, was rushing to get to work on time when she jaywalked in order to get to the subway station, but was almost hit by Paltrow’s car in the process. The near-collision caused Clarke to miss her train, and by the time she got to work, the first plane had hit the building. Paltrow’s publicist confirmed that the story was accurate and that the actress was “deeply moved” by the story.

Even though she’s receiving the majority of the press coverage these days, Kim Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity getting married. It has been confirmed that House’s Amber Tamblyn and comedian David Cross are now engaged. The engagement was rumored to have taken place several weeks ago but no details have been announced yet as to when the big day will be. Either way, this will be the first trip down the aisle for both stars – a rare thing indeed in Hollywood. Tamblyn is most highly recognized for her roles in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and Joan of Arcadia.
The couple have been dating each other for 2 years and while some may find their 19 year age difference to be a little disturbing because Tamblyn is 28 while Cross is 47. But a huge Congratulation to them…

The actress admits she did have a crush on the dating show star and the two have met since he was kicked off the show and she assures fans she’s still single.
She says, “I sent out funny tweets about Ben F and it got totally blown out of proportion. I’m totally single. I don’t know why people are making such a big deal (out of this). We did meet, totally by coincidence.”

The body of Russell Armstrong was discovered in a friend’s Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles home on Monday evening (15Aug11).
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular Taylor had recently separated from Russell and filed for divorce last month (Jul11), accusing her husband of physically abusing her.
But the news of his death came as a shock for the star and she is now trying to find a way to break the tragedy to their five-year-old daughter, Kennedy.
Robert Thorne, Taylor’s attorney, tells TMZ.com, “Taylor Armstrong is devastated by the tragic events that have unfolded. She requests privacy at this time so that she may comfort her young daughter.”

The multi-media queen ended her Oprah Winfrey Show after 25 years in May 2011 and one of her final programs featured a sit down chat with designer Ralph Lauren and his family at their ranch home in Colorado.
Now Lauren and Winfrey will meet again on the stage at New York’s Lincoln Center in October (11) at an event which will benefit The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care and Prevention.
Winfrey will front a “personal and intimate conversation” with Lauren prior to a star-studded gala in the designer’s honour.

Russell Armstrong was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong.
The 47 year old’s body was discovered in his Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles home on Monday evening 15August 2011.
No suicide note has been found but reports suggest he took his own life.
Taylor took divorce from Armstrong last month on July 2011 claiming her husband had physically abused her.

Lady Gaga is going to be in charge of decorating Barney’s windows in this Christmas. The store gave a statement saying the pop singer along with her creative team will be given free rein only to bring their “Interpretation of the Iconic Santa’s Workshop” to life
In November, Lady Gaga is going to design the window displays, portions of the men’s stores on the fifth floor and the entire eighth floor. She’ll also design and sell small gift items and 25% of the proceeds will be donated to a charity of that Lady Gaga will choose. Barney’s New York CEO, Mark Lee, described the “Born This Way” singer saying “Lady Gaga is a rare cultural phenomenon, not only because of her exceptional talents as a singer… but also with regard to her support of equality and individuality and status as a fashion icon.” Both way, this sounds awesome and now this is another reason to look forward to the Christmas season. So you better be good this year little monsters because mama monster will know if you’ve been bad or good — so be good for Gaga’s sake!

Tina Fey along with her husband, Jeff Richmond, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday night. The “30 Rock” actress’ representative confirmed to People that mommy and baby are doing fine and that the baby’s name is Penelope Athena.
Fey and Richmond are already parents to daughter Alice, who is 5 years old, and when she appeared on Oprah in April, Fey explained that a portion of her book, Bossypants, was about the difficulty she had in deciding whether or not to have a second child. She told Oprah that when she turned 40 she started to feel like she wanted to be a mom of two children, but admitted she was extremely suspicious of her desire: she said she couldn’t tell if she only wanted another baby because she felt like she was running out of time or if it was because everyone else she knew was having more children. Then, of course, there was the dilemma that 30 Rock presented, and Fey said she didn’t want a baby to interrupt the production schedule…but at the same time, she didn’t want her job to be more important than her family. She said, “My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having the show end in several years and feeling like part of our family was missing that we were going to prioritize a family.”

Hilary (23) married ice hockey player Comrie (30) last summer, 2010. She didn’t waste much time in starting a family.
In Sunday 14 August 2011, she posted in her website, “I can’t believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you’re having fun! We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives.”
She also told Eonline.com, “I think it was important to us that we had a year to just do whatever and maybe longer than that because we enjoy having so much freedom. But we’re thinking about it.”

Ashton Kutcher is making bank now.
When the 33-year-old actor steps into character as Walden Schmidt on Two and a Half Men’s September 19 premiere, he’ll also take on the role of TV’s highest-paid sitcom star.
According to a new TV Guide report — featured in the magazine’s August 11 issue — Kutcher will earn approximately $700,000 per episode of the CBS hit. While his take is impressive, it’s far less than that of his predecessor, Charlie Sheen, who enjoyed a payday of $1.2 million per episode of the half-hour comedy.
If you ask CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler, though, Kutcher’s paycheck is well deserved. “There is great value in hiring an actor like Ashton Kutcher,” Tassler told reporters at a recent Television Critics Association panel. “He is an extraordinarily professional, talented, funny, gifted actor who comes with a tremendous amount of commitment and enthusiasm, embraced by an extraordinarily talented cast.”
But Kutcher’s take is a far cry from that of other, lesser-known talent, who typically earn $125,000 an episode for their work on a network primetime series, according to TV Guide. Actors on a cable series can net as much as $150,000. “Times that by 22, [and] you can maintain a pretty good lifestyle based on what you were making in features but now you’re not,” an executive familiar with this year’s salary negotiations tells the magazine. Ashton is a well know shopaholic! He needs this huge salary to feed the shopping. His wife is a fan of Goat Milk Soap and Ashton needs to keep her supplied.

A report has confirmed that singer Gavin DeGraw had been released from the New York-area hospital that treated him after he was attacked by a group of men in New York City on Sunday. Evidently though, DeGraw isn’t able to answer the number one question on everyone’s mind: what exactly happened that night and what was the cause? The singer took to Twitter on Tuesday (great new tongue-twister btw) to assure his concerned fans that he was alright saying, “Hi my friends. Honestly, I don’t remember much. I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys.” Glad to hear you’re on the mend Gavin, but I’m going to need a few more details than that. Playing the amnesia card is not going to satisfy your fellow New Yorkers. If the celebs are unsafe on the streets of New York, then what does this mean for the rest of us?

In an earlier statement the singer’s rep said that Gavin “suffers from a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises. The police are conducting an investigation of the attack…Gavin and his family appreciates everyone’s concern at this time.”

In August 08, 2011 (Monday), the actor of twilight series Kiowa Gordon was arrested.
Kiowa, 21, was stopped by traffic police in Tempe during a routine registration check. After that he was taken to the custody of police and the police found that there was already a warrant for his arrest stemming from an incident in 2010. At that time he was busted for allegedly being in possession of alcohol while underage and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police took him to a local police station.

Samantha Ronson is a star DJ. He was arrested Monday for a DUI. This news has been confirmed by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. He was arrested because of driving in drunken mood.
After wrapping up a late-night gig at the Palazzo in Las Vegas, Ronson was rolling down the highway back to Los Angeles in her Porsche. According to the cops, she was pulled over outside of Baker, Calif., at 9:48 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol.
After blowing a field sobriety test, she blew a 0.08 on the Breathalyzer, right at the state legal limit. She was booked on suspicion of DUI and sent to the San Bernadino County Jail to dry out for a few hours before being sprung just before 6 p.m.

Last week was a big day for Big Sean. But that week ended in a bad way.
Big Sean (real name: Sean Anderson) is a very good rapper. Recently by his debut album called “Finally Famous”, he had got MTV VMA nom for Best New Artist. Last Thursday, he had found himself in a hot water while a female concert-goer accused him of sexual abuse. And that’s why he was arrested by NYPD.
Sean’s lawyer said that it was not true at all.
Big Sean was currently on a tour on Wiz Khalifa’s Rolling Paper along with another man. They were arrested by New York State Par Police because of complain of sex abuse by a female fan.
Those 2 had faced charge and they were immediately release when they gave $500 bail. Sean’s lawyer, Scott E. Leemon said, “Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations. I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.”

Harper is the new baby girl of David Beckham.
She is only 4 weeks old. But her posing for the camera looks amazing. It looks like she is pro at posing. In the Twitter picture which is tweeted by her mom Victoria on Sunday, she looks stunning with his dad Beckham.
Beckham, 36 along with his wife Victoria, 37 was very much happy when they welcomed their new baby on July 10. They were over the moon at that time.
After a week when their baby was born Victoria tweeted, “Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen. I have fallen in love all over again!! We feel so blessed and the boys love their baby sister so much.”
So now Harper joins his 3 brothers: Brooklyn (12), Romeo (8) and Cruz (6).

Big Boi is a very well-known rapper from Outkast group. He was arrested on Sunday afternoon because of Drug Possession. He was also exiting cruise ship in Miami.
His real name is Antwan Patton and he is now charged by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department. He is charged with three counts possession of a controlled substance and one count possession of drug paraphernalia.
Customs official along with dogs caught him at border control with ecstasy pills, MDMA powder and Viagra. After that he was jailed at about 1:30 p.m. EST. He was also billed with $16,000.
But now he has been released.

Emma Watson, 21, is the star of Harry Potter sequels. She has an upcoming movie. The name of the movie is “The Perks of Being Wallflower”. She was photographed kissing Simmons (her co-star for the movie) outside a restaurant in California in August 1, 2011.
Before kissing, they were seen embracing each other with their alms around outside the eateries in Santa Monica. A person said to the Britain’s Mail on Sunday, “They were all over each other, kissing and hugging. It was very sweet to see. She looked utterly besotted. They’re obviously head-over-heels in love.”
Watson was also spotted with Simmons at a park in Pennsylvania in June 11.
